Contact & Account InfoYour name, email address, phone number, billing address, and password credentials when you register or interact with LogaXP.
Booking & Service HistoryAppointments, memberships, packages, gift certificates, and transaction records generated through your use of our platform.
Payment InformationCard type, card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing details. All card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we only store a record that a transaction occurred.
Usage & Device DataIP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, clickstream data, and session information collected automatically as you navigate our site.
Social Media DataIf you log in via a social platform (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn), we may receive your profile name, email, and profile picture to authenticate your account.
CommunicationsEmails, feedback forms, or support chats you send us. Phone and video calls may be recorded — we will always notify you at the start of any recorded call.
Provide & Improve ServicesTo operate the LogaXP platform, process bookings, authenticate your account, and continuously improve our features and user experience.
CommunicationsTo send appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, and essential service updates. Marketing emails are only sent to users who have opted in.
Security & Fraud PreventionTo detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity on our platform.
Legal ComplianceTo meet our obligations under applicable laws, including responding to lawful government or regulatory requests.
AnalyticsTo understand usage patterns and produce anonymized, aggregated statistics that help us improve our offerings.
We Do Not Sell Your DataLogaXP does not and will not sell your personal information to third parties — ever.
Trusted Service ProvidersWe share data with vetted partners who help us operate the platform: payment processors, cloud hosting providers, customer support tools, and analytics services. All are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Legal RequirementsWe may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or when necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public.
Business TransfersIf LogaXP is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such change.
CookiesWe use session cookies to keep you securely logged in and to track page interactions. We do not use permanent tracking cookies. You will be asked to re-authenticate periodically to protect your account.
Web BeaconsEmails we send may contain a small pixel (web beacon) that tells us when an email was opened and whether a link was clicked. No personally identifiable information is collected via beacons. You can disable them in your email client settings.
Log FilesOur servers automatically record IP addresses, browser type, ISP, timestamps, referring pages, and click counts to help us analyze trends and maintain site security.
Do Not TrackBecause no uniform standard for "Do Not Track" signals exists, LogaXP does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
EncryptionAll communication between your browser or app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
PCI-Compliant PaymentsCredit card transactions are processed through PCI Level 1-certified gateways. We never store raw card numbers.
Secure Data CentersOur data is hosted in facilities certified to ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2 Type 2, FedRAMP, and PCI Level 1 standards, with 24/7 physical security, redundant power, and early-detection systems.
Our Honest CaveatDespite these measures, no system is 100% impenetrable. If you suspect your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@logaxp.com.
Access & CorrectionYou can view and update your personal information at any time through your LogaXP account settings.
Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten)You may request permanent deletion of your personal data by contacting support@logaxp.com. We will process your request and confirm once complete. Note that transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
Marketing Opt-OutYou can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your account preferences. Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders) are unaffected.
California Residents (CCPA)You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell data. Submit requests to support@logaxp.com.
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. LogaXP acts as both a Data Controller and Data Processor depending on context. To exercise your GDPR rights, contact support@logaxp.com.
Under 13LogaXP is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover such data was collected without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at support@logaxp.com if you have concerns.
California Minors (Under 18)California residents under 18 may request deletion of information they have posted by emailing support@logaxp.com.
Data LocationLogaXP is hosted in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.
Cross-Border TransferBy using LogaXP, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US in accordance with this policy. US data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

EU Compliance Summary

LogaXP is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We act as both a Data Controller (for account data we manage directly) and a Data Processor (when handling data on behalf of our business customers). We obtain consent before collecting personal data, allow access and deletion requests, use HTTPS encryption, PCI-compliant payment gateways, and ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certified data centers.
